Q: How long does it actually take?
A: Most quick sales can be completed in 3-6 weeks however, this can be reduced significantly.

Q: Does anybody else have to know about the sale?
A: No, we act with absolute discretion and nobody will find out.

Q: What if I know somebody who wants to sell?
A: Please let us know and you may be eligible for a "Finders fee" of between £250 - £1,000 if we buy the property.

Q: Are There Any Fees?
A: There are no fees to be payed by you.

Q: What Happens If For Some Reason You Are Unable To Help?
A: If, in the rare event, that we are unable to help you, with your permission, we will contact other investors who may be able to help you.

Q: Do I need to get a Home Information Pack (HIP) before contacting you?
No, as selling to us constitutes a private sale, a Home Information Pack is not required.

Q: What type of property do you buy?
A: We buy all types of residential property.

Q: Does it matter what condition the property is in?
A: We buy property in any condition. In fact, we regularly buy property that needs refurbishing and updating.

Q: I am due to be repossessed tomorrow ­ is this too late?
A: Our experienced and professional team have stopped repossessions with days to spare. Although this is possible, we certainly wouldn't advise that you leave it so late before getting in touch, it could be more costly than you are aware.
